Through my one-on-one coaching sessions, I work with clients (mostly women, but also men and couples) to better understand their relationship to money. If it’s a tumultuous one, is it an ego-driven issue? Is it a “spend too much” or “earn too little” issue? Is it a perceived lack of agency over your financial life? We’ll work together to understand the root causes of these patterns and ultimately create a strong financial foundation and support system you can tap into during all phases and stages of life. Some things you’ll walk away with:
- An understanding of your money history and patterns that hurt or help you
- Goal-setting, planning, and attainable budgeting for a brighter financial future
- Personal guidance and support through major life transitions such as engagement, marriage, parenting, divorce, and retirement.
My coaching sessions can be directed toward women or men individually, as well as couples.
Money Talk is the New Girl Talk
I love working with women to explore their financial beliefs, fears, and dreams. In my women’s money coaching sessions, we’ll work together to work through preconceived notions around finances, uncover your inner money warrior, and carve out an actionable yet sustainable roadmap to help you thrive.
Men & Money
Many men feel that it’s expected of them to be financially literate and “successful.” But the fact is, many men don’t fall into that socially and culturally-defined expectation, and that’s ok! And, if you do consider your financial life to be a successful one, perhaps you’d like to be more intentional with your money, or be able to communicate better with your partner around finances.
In This Together
Every couple has a unique money dynamic – but are your current roles or attitudes toward money serving your relationship? In my experience, many couples tend to avoid discussing financial matters until a major conflict arises. My intention – with engaged, newlywed, or married couples – is to help you both engage in open, productive dialogue so you can work together toward becoming trusting financial partners with a roadmap for success now, and for your future.
